We will review your posture, pressure areas, balance, range of motion, and the support you will require for effective mobility in your environments and participation in your occupations.
Pressure Care Management
We devise a care plan to help prevent and manage pressure injuries, such as ulcers, bedsores, and pressure sores with you and your care team.
Manual Person Transfer Assessments & Plans
Our goal is to help prevent injuries and minimise any discomfort associated with handling or moving a person.

About Advanced Therapyand Support
Senior Occupational Therapist
Our Adelaide-based Occupational Therapy Service is led by Carlye Thompson. Carlye studied at the University of South Australia and qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 2004. She has worked in OT services for 16+ years. Carlye helps people in the areas of stroke rehabilitation and aged care, in-home care, primary health care, occupational rehabilitation and neurological rehabilitation support. As well as being a caring OT professional, Carlye enjoys time with family and keeping busy. “I have a 14-year-old son who is heavily involved in sports so in my spare time, I am assisting the football committee with events, and scoring cricket. I also enjoy activities such as reading, walking, spending time with friends and family and craft (diamond art).”
